A typical first day in our school:
You enter the studio and are greeted first friendly. After a short introductory conversation, the training starts. Hopefully you have sport pants & shirt with you, you will get the equipment from us. Our training takes place barefoot, after only a few minutes you will be immediately integrated by the trainer and the friendly training group. Depending on your personal level of fitness, you can treat yourself to a little breather at any time, and so you can easily get started with your first martial arts training. After the training you are glad to have taken the first step. Again it is possible to ask the trainer or other members questions. Then you go home relaxed, you are super happy how nice everyone was to you and how much fun the training has done ...
